This is a petition i co-created. This place is called the Boundary Waters, it is located in northern Minnesota, and as you can see it is quite a beautiful place. Recently, mineral deposits have been found near the shore and woods of this area. Of course, being the greedy Americans that we are, the government wants to strip mine it. The second photo is a example of strip mining. This is essentially how it will look when it’s over.
